Our Story

Take Care
of Yourself

Our name, Jitunze, means “take care of yourself” in Swahili. We believe self-care is the foundation of a healthy life, community, and future. Established in 2018, we exist to make psychosocial support accessible across Kenya by bridging prevention, education, and professional care.

"Mental wellness is not a luxury, but a daily practice."
